Popular Colombian Influencer ‘Bikergirl’ Karen Sofia Quiroz Ramirez Dies in Motorcycle Crash

The social media and motorcycle communities are mourning the loss of Colombian influencer Karen Sofia Quiroz Ramirez, known as “Bikergirl.” She sadly lost her life in a traffic accident involving her motorcycle, a car, and a truck. This incident occurred on November 26, 2025, in Floridablanca, Colombia. Karen was just 25 years old.

Details of the Fatal Accident

It took place on the key highway ring road that connects Girón with Floridablanca. Local transport authorities say that Ramirez tried to weave her motorcycle between a car and a large truck, a tractocamión. In this risky move, she likely lost control of her bike. First, she hit the car, then fell onto the pavement. Tragically, she was struck by the truck after that.

The paramedics and emergency services were called immediately, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jhair Castellanos Prada, the Transit Director of Floridablanca, said they have begun investigating the deadly traffic accident. The Prosecutor’s Office will collect testimony and evidence. They will check if other drivers caused the incident.

A Chilling ‘Premonition’ Hours Before the Crash

But one facet of this tragedy truly struck a chord and then went viral on social media, as several described it as a chilling premonition.

Hours before her death, Ramirez had posted an Instagram story referencing a pair of broken glasses that she usually wore while riding. She included a personal note in the post, highlighting her fear of driving without them: “I’m hoping I don’t crash, ’cause I’m riding without my glasses.”

The message went viral on social media. It was a sad last note to her followers after news of her death spread. In minutes, friends, fellow influencers, and loyal fans swamped her social media. They shared messages of shock, sadness, and memories of the young life lost. Her death is a sad reminder of the dangers of motorcycling.
