Salmons and Sardines

Green Leafy Vegetables

All the green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc. have high contents of alpha linoleic acid or ALA which has high concentration of antioxidants that effectively fight free radicals responsible for the aging of the skin. These vegetables also have anti- inflammatory effect which readily decreases redness, undereye circles, blotches and puffiness along with minimizing the appearance of wrinkles. Grapefruit

Walnuts

The omega 3 fatty acids in the nuts help in the protection of the cell membranes making them strong, thereby preventing harmful elements from entering the skin. Moreover, the strong membranes help in retaining more water keeping the skin hydrated and smooth.
