Injured Ravindra Jadeja Ruled For The Remaining Matches Of IPL 2022

Ravindra Jadeja, CSK’s all-rounder, was ruled out of the team on Wednesday due to a rib injury. CSK’s official Twitter account revealed the news “Jadeja will be missing the rest of the IPL due to injury. Wishing our Jaadugar a speedy recovery!.” The irony is that Ravindra Jadeja made no comment regarding his injury, yet the BCCI did not release him.

Is there something fishy between CSK and Jadeja?

 

CSK captain Jadeja was the highest-paid player of this season worth 16 crores but under his captaincy, Chennai Super Kings lost six out of eight matches so far. Not only matches but Ravindra Jadeja lost his form too during Captaincy, he scored 111 runs and just 3 wickets in these matches. After that, Jadeja stepped down as Captain to focus on his own game, handing over the reins to former captain MS Dhoni, who guided him through the first three games of the IPL season.

 

CSK announced on May 11th that Jadeja will not play in the IPL this season after suffering a rib injury in a match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Then there were rumors regarding a breach between CSK and Ravindra Jadeja after Jadeja was unfollowed from CSK’s official Instagram account.

 

Rumors are that Jadeja will not be part of CSK’s IPL team next year, as was the case with Suresh Raina, who was compelled to return home from the UAE in IPL 2020 due to disciplinary reasons.

 

Earlier David Warner was also removed from captaincy by Sunrise Hyderabad and then from the team too but this season Warner came back in a good form and we fans are now expecting the same from Ravindra Jadeja that he will come back in a good form.

 

How are officials responding to it?

 

The CEO of CSK made a statement on basis of CSK said saying they don’t follow anything and Jadeja will remain in Chennai Super Kings’ schemes in the future always. “I absolutely don’t follow anything. What I can tell you is that from the management side, there has been no problem. Ravindra Jadeja firmly remains n the CSK’s scheme of things for the future always.”

 

MS Dhoni made a statement that it is hard to replace a player like Ravindra Jadeja as he allows the team management to play different combinations based on situations.

 

In another statement made by the franchise of CSK, they said that the decision to remove Ravindra Jadeja from captaincy was taken so Jadeja can focus on his game.
